For the past six years, Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) has relied on Deutsch L.A. to create advertising for the PlayStation brand in the United States. The most notable advertisements that Deutsch L.A. did for SCEA was creating the Kevin Butler character, the live-action “Michael” commercial, and most recently the live-action PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale trailers.

After reviewing proposals from several ad agencies, including Deutsch L.A., SCEA has announced a new partnership with advertising agency Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH) New York. Both SCEA and BBH New York are excited about this new partnership and are eager to see what the future holds.

Regarding SCEA’s former partnership, Guy Longworth, SVP, PlayStation Brand Marketing at SCEA had this to say, "Deutsch has been an incredible partner for PlayStation over the last six years, and has delivered stand-out creative and strategy for the PlayStation brand in the US. We would like to thank them for their dedicated service to our business."

Good in six years Kevin Butler is that ad place claim to fame and he didnt even have that many commercial when you compare it to 6 years. Should have done this sooner.
