Ever since last year's release of the PlayStation Vita, we have seen numerous PS3 titles become playable on PS Vita as a result of custom firmware updates. Now, it seems another big title has joined the ranks of Battlefield 3, Killzone 3, and Red Dead Redemption: Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch.
YouTube user PSVsource has released a video showing Ni no Kuni running on PS Vita. He or she first shows us the game intro to give us a taste of the video quality, but then moves into gameplay. The game appears to run quite well; no issues are apparent. One thing that does stick out is how PS Vita's OLED screen complements the cel-shaded artwork beautifully.
Keep in mind, this is only a result of custom PS3 firmware and not actually possible on official firmware updates. Now, if only videos like this could persuade Sony to make PS Vita more compatible with PS3 games via Remote Play, a lot of Sony consumers would be very happy.
We gave Ni no Kuni a score of 9.0, so we'd be elated to see it on PS Vita. But what do you all think? Tell us what game(s) you'd most like to see on PS Vita in the comments below.

PS4 will be able to do all the brain work next gen. I think this will be common place. You will probably be able to remote play ALL your PS3 games too.
This will permanently ban this user and delete all associated comments. This action is irreversible, are you SURE you want to do this?!
