Square Enix hiring for another next-gen tech demo

Square Enix failed to impress the crowd gathered at last Wednesday's PS4 reveal when it showed the same "Agni's Philosophy Tech Demo" that debuted at E3 2012. Now, it seems that Square has another tech demo in the works.

"Agni's Philosophy" demonstrates the photo-realistic power of Square's Luminous Engine, and another demonstration will soon do the same. Three job listings on Gamasutra indicate that Square is seeking an Animator, a Character Rigging Artist, and a Modeling & Texture Artist. The main job description is to “participate in the creation of a real-time technology demo aimed at next generation hardware,” with enough skills requested to "recreate photo-realism in graphics."

Ultimately, the next-gen Final Fantasy game that was promised to be shown at E3 2013 could be another tech demo. So, what do you guys think? Are you excited for the new Final Fantasy title, or could it be Versus XIII in the guise of Final Fantasy XV?
