Ride to Hell still on track, suggests Aussie ratings board

MIA actioner Ride to Hell has been slapped with an R18+ on the Australian Classification Board, suggesting a release isn’t far off.

The game was originally announced nearly five years ago, though failed to hit its Q2 2009 release.  Recent reports indicate the game is still in development, however.

Ride to Hell’s rating certainly lives up to its promise of sex, drugs and rock ‘n roll though, with the game said to include ‘high impact sexual references and drug references.’ It also seemingly confirms a new subtitle for the game, Retribution.

According to the original press blurb, the game capitalizes on the sex, drugs and rock ‘n roll culture of the 1960s, with players able to cruise the flats of Western America with their crew in a multitude of vehicles whilst protecting their turf from rival gangs.

We’ll have more as it breaks.
