Shock, horror, another Resident Evil film is on its way

The chaps at ShockTillYouDrop have reported that the next chapter in the Resident Evil movie franchise is being prepped for release on September 12, 2014.
This will be the sixth entry in Sony/Screen Gems’ series of action-horror films, which are loosely based on Capcom’s Resident Evil videogame franchise.
Resident Evil: Retribution, the most recent instalment, grossed $221 million worldwide following its release in September of last year.
Details are pretty much non-existent at this point, and it remains unknown if Paul W.S. Anderson will return to direct. However, Retribution’s conclusion clearly set the scene for a massive showdown with Umbrella’s bio-weapons, so a new film shouldn't be that much of a surprise.

Not another worthless movie, they suck compared to the original games. Now every Resident Evil (game and movie) sucks from 5 on up.

I don't care what anyone says i love the residet evil movies and i can't wait for the next one and hopefully it won't be a part 1 and part 2 crap.
@6 - Resident evil 5 was pretty bad but gotta admit 6 was far better but still not as good as the original or 4
