Minecraft could appear on PS3 or PS4

Minecraft is easily one of the biggest sensations of this gaming generation. The open-world creation suite is currently out on PC, Xbox 360, and mobile devices, but the potential exists for a PlayStation 3 or PlayStation 4 version.
iGamer got the chance to interview Jens Bergensten, lead designer for Minecraft Pocket Edition, about the possibility of the game coming to other devices. Bergensten mentioned that “Microsoft has an exclusivity deal for consoles” and ”When it runs out we’ll consider Minecraft for PlayStation, but Wii U is very unlikely.”

They need to make the mods available for this to be worth a revisit, a better o/l would help too, the other console version has serious network issues- even with only 8player mp games.
Terreria should be hitting psn soon, i'm more intrested in what additional devs can do with the core minecraft concepts. -
