Ratchet & Clank isn’t the only Sony PlayStation franchise getting a film adaptation. Ninja Theory’s PlayStation 3 game Heavenly Sword will see the transition to a movie version as well.
According to Variety’s exclusive article, Blockade Entertainment, who’s also working on the Ratchet & Clank film, will be behind the Heavenly Sword adaptation. Don’t expect going to a midnight screening of it, however. Heavenly Sword will be, "a CG-animated film that will be distributed direct-to-homevideo."
