According to a post made on a Giant Bomb discussion board by user Haruko, developer Epic Games is planning on bringing its Xbox-only flagship franchise Gears of War to the PlayStation 4.
While we recommend taking this rumor with a grain of salt until any more news is released, the user also posted an accompanying photo, below:
Becuase Epic Games currently owns the IP for the Gears of War franchise, it is possible that the developer is planning to make the series multi-platform. Considering the streamlined architecture between the Xbox One and PlayStation 4, it would be both beneficial from a marketing standpoint and much easier to accomplish.
