New details were released during the EA Press Conference at E3 2014.
The presentation specifically stated that physics simulation in both players and the puck itself have taken the forefront in the next generation of the NHL franchise to create even more realistic player movement and player reactions to both opponents and the puck.
Another major focus this time around has been the level of immersiveness involved in the arena itself, and this year’s outing of the annual hockey title will feature the most realistic arenas in franchise history.
