Official sales statistics from Chart-Track have confirmed that the PlayStation 4 has become the fastest-selling console in U.K. history, a record previously held by PlayStation Portable (PSP).

According to Eurogamer, PlayStation 4 will receive the cloud-based streaming service Gaikai in the U.S. in Q3 2014.

Telltale Games has revealed through an official announcement on Twitter that The Walking Dead: Season Two will launch this month. To kindle the hype for the highly anticipated start of the season, Telltale teases us with a screenshot featuring a “familiar face.”
PS4 has sold 2.1 million units, confirms Sony
Sony has announced that the PlayStation 4 has sold 2.1 million units globally since it staggered launch in November.

PlayStation 4 sold 700,000 units across Europe and Australasia in the period November 29 – December 1, Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. has confirmed (via worldsfactory).
Sony confirms PS4’s Share button has been used 6.5 million times

Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeros added to PS4 upgrade scheme
Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeros has officially been added to the PlayStation 4 upgrade scheme. The upgrade scheme has recently allowed players who digitally bought the Playstation 3 version of certain games the option to upgrade to the PS4 version for only $10.
Spec Ops developer working on AAA free-to-play military shooter

Bungie announces Destiny release date
In an update on its website and Twitter, Bungie has announced that the much-anticipated first-person shooter, Destiny, will be launching on September 9, 2014 – with a Beta exclusive to PlayStation 3 and 4 coming sometime before.
Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition confirmed for PS4
After recent tremors pointed towards a PlayStation 4 port of the acclaimed reboot of Square Enix’s Tomb Raider, it seems a recent advertisement for the VGX awards has all but confirmed it.
