Earlier today, Sony announced Metal Slug XX will be joining the ever-expanding Instant Game Collection for North American PlayStation Plus subscribers.
If you aren’t familiar with the arcade action of Metal Slug, then you are in for a treat. Expect nothing less than insanity as you blast your way through classic Japanese side-scroller goodness. If you have Plus, then you should absolutely give Metal Slug XX a shot!
Along with tomorrow’s update, NA Plus subscribers will also get a 30 percent discount on Benjamin’s Flight, a DLC pack for Thomas Was Alone. The discount knocks the price down to a measly $1.74.
Metal Slug XX is currently available for PSP and PS Vita. No word yet on what August’s PS Plus lineup in North America will include, but EU’s offerings will boast Spec Ops: The Line, Mafia II, and Need for Speed: Most Wanted.
