Sony announced on its official forum that the PlayStation Network will undergo a scheduled maintenance on Thursday.
Beginning at 8 am Pacific Time and ending at 3 pm, accessing many aspects of the network will be impossible, such as the PlayStation Store, PlayStation Home, and Account Management. Signing in generally will also be affected if one’s account has not established a connection over the past few days, which means that playing games online and using applications like Netflix and Crunchyroll, according to Sony’s Twitter post, will still work if the account has accessed the network at least 24 hours prior to the maintenance.
Since Call of Duty: Ghosts released today, many people won’t even notice the maintenance, since they will have already been playing for two days when the maintenance hits, but knowing is half the battle when it comes to online gaming.
What will you be playing while the seven-hour maintence occurs on Thursday?
