The new Call of Duty game will be unveiled on May 4, according to this teaser website.
If that wasn’t enough to whet your appetite, Game Informer has an exclusive shot of the military FPS for its next issue, where the game will feature as the cover story. As you can see from the image, the game appears to take on a near-futuristic setting.
Also, yesterday’s report that Call of Duty 2014 will be set in World War I turned out to be complete fabrication, as many of us probably expected.
Not much is known about Call of Duty 2014 yet, though reports have suggested it will be released fro PlayStation 4, PC and Xbox One only, much like the new Assassin’s Creed game.
PSU.com reported a few days ago that the game is known as ‘Blacksmith,’ though this remains to be seen.
