The Last of Us: Remastered sells 1.5 million — report

According to Insiderp, Naughty Dog’s critically acclaimed The Last of Us: Remastered has sold 1.5 million copies worldwide in just 24 hours.

The PlayStation 4 revamp of last year’s post-apocalyptic hit was released in the U.S. on July 29 and hit Europe on August 1.

Insiderp notes that 25 percent of the game’s sales came from digital copies over PlayStation Network.

Last week we reported that The Last of Us: Remastered topped the U.K. Charts upon release, becoming the fourth biggest PS4 release of the year so far.
