Jim Ryan, head of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE), has hinted that the format holder has more PlayStation 4 HD remasters in the pipeline.

Speaking with PlayStation Germany, Ryan didn't name-drop any possible candidates for a HD revamp, but indicated Sony isn't closing the book on that avenue after Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection hits stores.

"We know that there are lots of PS4 owners that have either never played games before or used to have an Xbox or a Nintendo who have never had the chance to play something like the Uncharted trilogy," he said. "But it has to be a great game if we're going to go to the trouble of re-mastering. I can't talk specifically, but I think that it's very likely that there'll be more."

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is due out in October, and remasters the first three Uncharted games in 1080p/60ps for Sony's current-generation console. Aside from that, the company is also bringing Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls to the PS4 later this year.
