Team Bondi’s L.A. Noire has become the fastest-selling fresh IP ever in the UK, shooting straight to the top of the charts and dethroning Brink in the process.
The 1940s thriller is said to have matched sales of last year’s Rockstar-published juggernaut Red Dead Redemption, and sold 58 percent of copies on Xbox 360 with PlayStation 3 gobbling up a not-too-shabby 42 percent.
In addition, the critically acclaimed title has become the PS3’s 11th fastest-selling game of all time, as well as the 13th fastest-selling game on Xbox 360.
