The latest NPD Group figures have confirmed that detective thriller L.A. Noire took the crown for the highest-selling game in the U.S. last month.
The critically acclaimed crime caper beat out the likes of Duke Nukem Forever and inFamous 2, the latter of which still sold an impressive 369,000 units, making it the number one selling PlayStation 3 game for the period.
Things weren’t so great on the third-party front though, with Alice: Madness Returns selling a modest 115,000 units, Red Faction: Armageddon moving 96,000 units and Shadows of the Damned selling a disappointing 24,000 copies.
