It appears that the next Metal Gear game, potentially Metal Gear Solid 5, will be a PlayStation exclusive.
IGN spotted a listing at a Japanese 7-Eleven database for the next issue of Famitsu PS3+PSP. The listing details the issue, which will supposedly reveal a new Metal Gear game. Another rumored game from a previous mag listing, a DS title from the Idol Master series, has since been confirmed, so the Metal Gear information should be accurate as well.
Kojima Productions has been teasing its next game on a flash website. On the website there’s a countdown clock, which currently sits at just over six hours, and lightning that periodically flashes a ‘5’ or an ‘S.’ When the countdown hits zero, we’ll be sure to let you know what is unveiled.
