Square Enix has officially announced Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX for PlayStation 3.
The compilation will be released exclusively for Sony’s current-generation system in 2014, and includes high-definition remasters of Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep Final Mix and HD remastered cinematics from Kingdom Hearts Re: coded.
This will be the first time westerners can enjoy the Final Mix editions of KHII and Birth by Sleep, as they were previously exclusive to Japan.
Kingdom Hearts as a franchise has sold over 20 million units worldwide since its inception in 2002, Square added.
