Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes receives near-perfect Famitsu score

Japan’s Famitsu magazine has scored Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes a 38/40 in its most recent issue (via GamingBolt).

To be more specific, the publication scored Kojima Productions’ latest stealth opus a 10/9/9/10 from its four reviewers, resulting in a near-perfect score.

Ground Zeroes has come under fire recently for its supposed short game length, though creator Hideo Kojima has stated the title is made for multiple play-throughs.

Big Boss’s latest outing takes place a few years after MGS: Peace Walker, and sees the legendary soldier – voiced by Kiefer Sutherland – infiltrating Camp Omega to rescue two prisoners by any means possible.

Ground Zeroes sneaks into stores in the U.S. tomorrow and hits Europe on Friday. Stay tuned to PSU.com’s review tomorrow morning.
