God of War protagonist Kratos is unlikely to show up in the forthcoming Mortal Kombat X, series co-creator, Ed Boon has said.
Speaking on Twitter (via GearNuke), Boon indicated that the muscle-bound anti-hero probably won’t be reprising his cameo appearance for the last chapter in the gory beat-’em-up franchise.

Elsewhere, the game designer also commented on the recent fan-made Mortal Kombat X box art, which depicts Scorpion on the Xbox One version, and Sub-Zero on the PlayStation 4 edition.
