SPOILER WARNING! Turn away now if you do NOT want to see the Werewolf Boss Fight
The first boss fight in The Order: 1886 sees you up against a gigantic Werewolf which you encounter in the depths of the London underground.
Though he looks absolutely terrifying, there’s not actually much you need to do to defeat him other than half sharp reflexes to respond to some of the QTE sequences.

1. When the man transforms into a Werewolf, Sir Galahad will automatically leg it. Take a few pot-shots. We don’t think this actually has any effect on his health at all.
2. Just after he throws you through the window, press triangle to take some medicine. Hobble around until you pick up your weapon.
3. He’ll come at you again, so take some more pot-shots, aiming at his head and watch out for the R1 prompt to blast him back.
Find Igraine
4. You’ll have to move through a couple of rooms, up a flight of stairs, before opening a set of gates. The werewolf is back. To fend him off, tap on X as quickly as possible to close the gate.
5. Igraine is on the otherside of the room, trapped behind a gate. Move the debris out of the way by pressing triangle.
Time for the big battle
6. When Galahad draws his knife you have two options. L2 for a quick attack and R2 for a strong attack. It’s just a matter of timing. In between your blows, the Werewolf will attack and you have to quickly follow the prompt to dodge by moving the right analog stick in the right direction.
7. He’ll throw you to the ground and you’ll lose your knife. As soon as Galahad grabs the knife, aim the reticule at the Werewolf and press square to hit him.
8. Use the Blacksight metre attack if available by hitting L1. This will pull off a series of quick attacks. Keep an eye out to defend by following the prompts to dodge the Werewolf’s blows. Watch out for the prompt to press triangle.
9. He’ll get more ferocious now so keep dodging until he grabs your wrist. When he plunges the knife into you, press square to drop the nut, then tap X repeatedly when he throws you against the wall.
10. Sit back and watch the cinematic sequence of events, before getting up to attack the Werewolf. Finish him off by following the prompts to press Square.
