PlayStation will no longer offer customer support through Twitter starting on August 1, 2022.
Instead, players will be able to receive support by visiting the official PlayStation website, through the articles and self-help resources, or through its YouTube channel of instructional videos.
The news was announced through the Ask PlayStation Twitter account, with links as to where players may look for support from PlayStation.

Another account could be made in its stead, used to post support messages and retweet instructional videos as the account currently does.
It would be more than a little awkward to not do anything, and have a Twitter account called “Ask PlayStation”, where players are unable to, ask PlayStation any questions or look for support.
With how little information around this change is provided here, we’ll likely just have to wait until the new month to see what it’s like.
