UPDATE:
Sony has officially confirmed The Last of Us Remastered for PS4. Naughty Dog’s Community Strategist, Arne Meyer, detailed the port on the U.S. PlayStation Blog:
"Moving our efforts to the PS4 has allowed us to remaster an already phenomenal looking The Last of Us in 1080p with a list of upgrades including higher resolution character models, improved shadows and lighting, upgraded textures, along with even more improvements. We love setting challenging technical hurdles for us when working on each game – and this is no different. We’ve been working hard on The Last of Us Remastered to release a next-gen evolution worthy of the 200+ Game of the Year awards, not to mention the acclaim and expectations of our fans. We will be revealing more detailed information about the upgrades for the PS4 version in the coming months."
The German PS Blog also confirms that the PS4 version of the post-apocalyptic adventure will run at 60fps, according to a Google translation. The Last of Us Remastered will also feature all major DLC, including Left Behind, Abandoned Territories and Reclaimed Territories.
The Last of Us Remastered is due out this summer and can now be pre-ordered via the PlayStation Store, where you will bag some extra multiplayer content for your troubles.

The long-rumored PlayStation 4 version of The Last of Us has seemingly been confirmed on the U.S. PlayStation Store (via Eurogamer).
The Last of Us: Remastered was listed on the store for $59.99 and mentioned as a Day-One Digital release, which presumably means there will be a physical copy made available, too.
If reports are to be believed, the post-apocalyptic adventure will hit Sony’s new home console in June.
An official announcement has yet to be issued by Sony, but given the fact the cat is out of the bag, we probably won’t have to wait long for one.
