Bungie has unleashed a fresh patch for its shared-world shooter, Destiny, which applies various changes to the game’s Exotic weapons and armor collection.
The patch weighs in at just over 75MB and applies a broad range of tweaks, chief among which includes a buff to Exotic weapons and the fact you no longer need to utilize Ascendant Materials to upgrade Exotic armor.
In addition, the game has now introduced Exotic Shards, which are needed to upgrade the final component in your Exotic weapons. There’s a bunch of other inclusions too, such as the ability to purchase various materials from the Vanguard and Crucible Quartermasters in the Tower.
