Naughty Dog has illustrated just how far Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End’s incarnation of Nathan Drake has come since he last appeared on a home console back in 2011.

Over the weekend, Naughty Dog detailed just how far the cheeky fortune hunter has come since his last outing, with the PlayStation 4 capable of pumping out 800 facial animations for Drake and his co-stars. Oh, and even Drake’s chest hair will be affected by the wind.
Also, it’s worth keeping in mind that the hotly anticipated action-adventure sequel still has almost a year’s worth of development to go. As such, Naughty Dog has plenty of time to refine its character models from the build we saw at the PlayStation Experience—though some may argue if that’s even necessary
Uncharted 4 is due out exclusively on PS4 in 2015.
