Three separate Assassin’s Creed experiences will come together for the release of the Assassin’s Creed Chronicles Trilogy on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
The three titles that make up the trilogy sport 2.5D gameplay, have a graphic novel aesthetic, and take players through different civilizations during different time periods. Assassin’s Creed: China will be released first and take players through the Ming Dynasty, followed by Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India and the Sikh Empire period and, finally, Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia will begin during the aftermath of the Red October Revolution. All three titles will be released separately, but the storylines will apparently be tied in together.
With three new games arrive three new assassins in the form of Shao Jun from China, the Arbaaz Mir from India and Nikolaï Orelov for Russia. Each chronicle will have its own unique art style, says Ubisoft.
The first Chronicle will be released in April.
