The official Need for Speed Facebook and Twitter accounts posted what appears to possibly be the first screenshot of this year’s upcoming entry in the racing franchise.
The image shows a lower angle shot of a green customized sports car in the rain accompanied with the text “Are you ready for the next chapter?”

Speculation continues to point to Need for Speed Underground 3 being the upcoming game announcement. Other hints so far include a picture on the NFS Facebook that reveals street racing cars when modified and a tweet reminiscing about car customization in an older game.
The full reveal of the next Need for Speed arrives tomorrow on May 21.
