Popular British newspaper, The Guardian claims that it "has it on good authority" that Team Ico’s The Last Guardian will make an appearance at E3 2015.
In an article about its "Most Anticipated Games" from the annual expo, it includes The Last Guardian and writes:
"Yes, we know it has been in development hell since 2007, but we have it on very good authority that this will be the year that Team Ico finally presents its follow-up to much loved classics Ico and Shadow of the Colossus. Whether it’ll bear any relation to the game last shown at E3 in 2009 is anyone’s guess."
Being a major newspaper in the U.K., The Guardian has a lot of connections within the industry. This isn’t a prediction they seem to be making, but they’re so confident it’s going to make the show that they’ve included it in their list of anticipated titles.
Back in September, President of Sony’s Worldwide Studios Shuhei Yoshida did say that he was just "waiting for the right moment to reintroduce" the game, and what better stage than during Sony’s E3 2015 press conference?
