UPDATE – DRIVECLUB PS Plus Edition will launch tomorrow, June 25.
The DRIVECLUB free PS Plus edition launched today before it was pulled from the PlayStation Store.
In the continuing farce over the delay of Evolution Studio’s free-to-play section of its PS4 racing game (which was originally due to launch with the full game in September), Evolution says that it has removed the game from the Store because the “servers aren’t ready yet.” It begs the question: why launch it then?
Store update today with the DRIVECLUB PS+ Edition was premature. The servers aren’t ready yet, so it’s been removed while we get them ready.

When it’s actually coming back to the Store is unknown. Evolution tweeted a little later…
We’re preparing to launch DRIVECLUB PS+ Edition & will have news for you soon: https://t.co/4dWX76vsGl
