BioWare’s Chris Wynn has revealed on Twitter that voice actors for the upcoming Mass Effect Andromeda have yet to be hired.
Perhaps understandably, this shocked a few followers, with one fan asking if the lack of voice actors was an indication that development has been pushed back beyond holiday 2016.
However, Wynn responded that the game’s production is still on track and that everything is going to plan.
Elsewhere, the Mass Effect Andromeda development director indicated that the upcoming science-fiction RPG will feature co-op multiplayer.
Mass Effect Andromeda is due out on PlayStation 4, PC and Xbox One. The game is unlikely to feature any returning characters, and will feature dynamic weather effects and possibly a more satisfying ending than Mass Effect 3.
