The first image of NetherRealm’s as-yet unannounced Injustice 2 has leaked online ahead of its expected E3 2016 unveiling.
Spotted by Polygon, the image clearly depicts Batman and The Flash about to get into a heated punch-up, accompanied by the tagline ‘Every Battle Defines You.’ The NetherRealm logo can also be spotted in the corner of the image.
Injustice 2 is reported to be in development for a May 2017 release, although publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has yet to announce the project.
