Atlus has detailed its plans for Persona 5 DLC ahead of the JRPG’s hotly anticipated North American debut next month.
Following news of the first Persona 5 review, the publisher confirmed that the game will be supported by a variety of add-ons such as costume packs, additional background music, and returning characters and summons from other Atlus titles, including Catherine. You won’t have to wait long for it either, as all of the DLC is listed to roll out within a month of Persona 5’s launch. You can read more details via the game’s official website.
There’s a variety of both paid-for and free DLC, starting with the Persona 5 swimsuit pack that won’t cost you a dime, all the way up to the Persona 4 costume and BGM special set for $6.99. Pricing for the U.K. and European versions of Persona 5 DLC have yet to be confirmed, as the game is being published by Deep Silver in those territories.
Persona 5 is scheduled for release on PS4 and PS3 on April 4, 2017. The game was originally released in Japan last September, and was initially due to release in 2014 before being delayed numerous times for additional polishing.
