PlayStation Underground has rolled out some new Tekken 7 gameplay footage from the upcoming PlayStation 4 version of the hotly anticipated fighting game sequel.

This latest video showcases the various new techniques that have been added to Tekken 7’s repertoire, including the Rage Arts and Power Crush moves that flesh out the bread-and-butter fisticuffs. The gameplay offers a look a one of the new characters in the series, the Vampiric Eliza, who squares off against veteran bruiser Paul Phoenix. Other characters are also featured.
Tekken 7 is scheduled for release on PS4, PC, and Xbox One on June 2, 2017. The game’s storyline focuses on the conclusion of the long-running Mishima family feud, which sees Kazuya and Heihachi going face-to-face in one last epic punch-up. In addition to returning faces such as Paul, Law, Nina, Jin, and Steve, Tekken 7 also features newcomers such as Shaheen and Street Fighter’s Akuma, the latter who plays a crucial role in the narrative.
A recent report on Digital Foundry has found that the PS4 version of the upcoming brawler will trade resolution in favor of a smoother frame rate. In addition, the PS4 Pro version of Tekken 7 will boast a noticeable improvement in the visual department.
