Bandai Namco Games has announced that the first batch of Tekken 7 DLC will launch on August 31, 2017 for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One.
No price has been announced as of yet, although Season Pass holders can pick it up as part of the package.
The DLC includes the much-anticipated return of Tekken Bowl mode in the shape of Ultimate Tekken Bowl, a popular mini-game that was introduced with Tekken Tag Tournament back in 2000 on the PlayStation 2.
In addition, players will also be able to customise their favorite characters in a selection of new swimwear, including bikinis for the female combatants and vintage bathing suits for male fighters.
Tekken 7 was released in early June for home consoles and PC, following a rollout in Japanese arcades back in March 2015. The game has sold over 1.6 million copies worldwide to date, making it one of the most popular entries in the series of recent memory.
Looking ahead, Tekken 7’s next batch of DLC will see Fatal Fury’s Geese Howard added to the roster this winter, with a second guest character arriving in early 2018.
