Capser Croes and Top Hat Studios have announced that Alisa, a 90s-inspired survival horror title, will launch on February 6, 2024 for PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One. The game was originally released for the PC via Steam in October 2021.
Alisa sees players transported to a Victorian-style mansion while pursued by bizarre, mechanised dolls. This is a true 90s survival horror throwback, featuring pre-rendered backgrounds and low-polygon models. You’ll arm yourself with a variety of weapons, including a sabre, blunderbuss and SMG, explore a variety of locations, and soak up the classic survival horror atmosphere.

Furthermore, this consoles version includes all of the quality of life improvements and fixes feature in the Director’s Cut update released on Steam back in September 2022. From the look of things, Alisa is just the ticket for fans of classic survival horror games like Alone in the Dark and Resident Evil, which pioneered the use of pre-rendered backgrounds in the 1990s.
Alisa is due out on PS5 & PS4 on February 6, 2024.
