Ubisoft today announced that Assassin’s Creed 3 is on track to break company pre-order records before it comes out later this year.
It might be the fifth major installation in the series in only six years, but that doesn’t mean that fans have been dropping off. Quite the opposite actually, as Ubisoft has declared that AC3 has beat out AC: Revelation pre-orders tenfold in the same three week period since both games were available for reservation.
Ubisoft predicts that Assassin’s Creed 3 will take the crown as the company’s most pre-ordered game ever by E3 (June), overthrowing Assassin’s Creed Revelations.
AC3 will be out on October 30, 2012.
