There’s some tough choices to make in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Along choosing which characters you’d prefer to romance, many of the choices you’ll face will impact the story.

In Megaris, “The Wolf of Sparta” questline, one of the choices you face will be whether you kill or spare Nikolaos, an infamous Spartan who became legend during the Peloponnesian War.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey: Spare Or Kill Nikolaos
There are no right and wrong choices. Simply, go with your heart and find out what happens. However, if you want to actually know what happens, then look no further.
- Spare Nikolaos – You’ll receive a new questline later on in the game, and providing you’ve made other choices not to kill various folk, you’re on the path to unlock the game’s happy ending.
- Kill him – You’ll now have to battle against Stentor. This will also impact the game’s ending, which will be different to if you spared him.
In total, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has nine different endings depending on your choices.
