Remothered: Tormented Fathers Remastered & Remothered: Broken Porcelain Remastered Set For Q1 2027 On PS5

Storming Games has announced a Q1 2027 release for Remothered: Tormented Fathers Remastered and Remothered: Broken Porcelain Remastered on PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch 2, and Xbox Series X/S. If you own the original version of any of the games, you can claim a free upgrade for the remastered editions for the first seven days of release.

Antonio Cannata, CEO and co-founder of Storming Games, commented:

The community has played a fundamental role in the history of Remothered. Those who purchased and supported the first two games directly contributed to the growth of the series. We therefore want to give them access to the Remastered editions at no additional cost. The free upgrade is meant as a concrete thank you for the support we’ve received over time.

Remothered: Tormented Fathers Remastered is the first entry in the horror franchise, and has been rebuilt on Unreal Engine 5 for this remastered edition. As a result, the game benefits from a range of enhancements such as Lumen Dynamic Global Illumination, with lighting fully reconstructed and shadows and atmosphere reacting dynamically to the environment. Meanwhile, environmental assets like props, architecture, and vegetation has been result with high-resolution models, while character models have also bee completely overhauled.

Players can expect the same range of improvements for Remothered: Broken Porcelain Remastered, which is the second chapter in the saga that takes place in the Ashmann Inn, which is packed with resources and dangers in abundance, with players forced to scavenge for supplies while using stealth where possible by creeping through the shadows or creating diversions.

Both games are set to launch in Q1 2027 for PS5, PC, Switch 2, and Xbox Series X/S.
