Ubisoft has announced details on the Assassin’s Creed Origins day one patch, which will add a number of key improvements for the stealth-action title.
The update weighs in at 1.3GB for PlayStation 4 owners, and Ubisoft suggests that you grab it as soon as possible to ensure a smooth gameplay experience.
The Assassin’s Creed day one patch will include the following:
- Fine-tuning the balancing of the game.
- Improving performance and stability.
- Reworking Photo Mode controls for better player comfort.
The publishing giant also provided a few tips on getting you started:
- If you purchased a digital version of the game, the Day One update will be automatically downloaded and installed along with the main game.
- If you purchased a disc copy of the game for Xbox or PlayStation, you might have to check if the game is up-to-date (1.02 version), and if it’s not the case to accept the download and installation of the Day One Update.
- If you purchased a disc copy of the game for PC, the Day One Update will be downloaded and installed along with the game executable.
Assassin’s Creed Origins is due out on October 27, 2017 for PS4, PC, and Xbox One.
