The 14th annual New York Game Awards were held overnight, and awarded Team Asobi‘s critically acclaimed platformer Astro Bot its Game of the Year gong.
That’s not all though, as the PS5 title also picked up two to other awards, namely for Best Music and Best Kids Game. Meanwhile, Sam Lake from Alan Wake II developer Remedy received the Andrew Yoon Legend Award, which is given to “recognise people and organisations that exhibited a significant, sustained body of work that shows exceptional artist achievement and innovation.”
