Atomic Heart has officially gone gold a little less than a month ahead of release. The new action game from developer Mundfish is set to release on February 21, 2023.
“We want to bring you incredible news that Atomic Heart has gone gold,” said Mundfish in its announcement on Twitter.
“Thanks to our partners and everyone who is involved in this exciting project! And, first of all, thank you all for staying with us and supporting Atomic Heart. Can’t wait to see you playing February 21, 2023.”
Recently Mundfish confirmed that Atomic Heart will run at a solid 60FPS and a dynamic 4K resolution, if not 4K most of the time. To Mundfish’s credit, while there may be players who still decry a dynamic 4K, the more important focus for an action game like this is frame rate.
As long as things stay at 60FPS, or potentially higher with a future update, then that’s what counts here.
