Bandai Namco (Tekken) is collaborating with Dontnod Entertainment (Life Is Strange) on a new IP, which will be a "narrative adventure" experience. While more details for the game will be revealed in 2018, it’s been revealed that the game is in development since 2016, and will feature a "fair dose of investigation."
The story of the still-untitled game has been finalized, and it’s expected that this new project won’t interfere with Dontnod’s development of Life Is Strange 2. Bandai Namco believes the game’s location will be a key reason for attracting as broad an audience as possible worldwide, and that t will be located in a fictional place in the US.
Currently, Dontnod is working on Vampyrm which we’re ver much looking forward to given what we’ve played so far. Vampyr is set for release this November for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, with Focus Home Interactive doing publishing duties.
