Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 developer, Treyarch, is in the process of banning players using the current level 1000 hack to give themselves a healthy boost, and a major advantage over other online players.
Via social media, some unscrupulous folk are selling level 1000 accounts, but it appears Treyarch are systematically scanning accounts and banning players who have illegitimately reached the game’s highest rank.
In the past, hackers have been issued with a stats reset on their Black Ops 3 account, but according to Studio Design Director, David Vonderhaar, full bans are now being handed out. Last week he confirmed via Twitter that they’re likely to come down hard on players using the exploit.
I’ll just say it. We will actively enforce on level 1000’s who didn’t earn it. You have to be ___ to think we don’t know who you are.

Yesterday, Vonderhaar confirmed that the first player had been banned.
u shouldn’t glitch and then we wouldn’t need to "band" you https://t.co/lgXOV1Ufas

Following an update at the end of December, there’s now a legitimate way of reaching Call of Duty: Black Ops 3’s level cap past Master Prestige status without cheating.
You’ve been warned.
