The Battlefield 2042 Open Beta is now available for Early Access users, and folk have already started revealing how the game performs in various videos.

Overall, the PS5 version appears to run pretty steady although there are some noticeable frame rate drops. The last-generation edition of Battlefield 2042 seems to hover around 50 FPS or less.
One thing to note is that the maps on the PS4 version of the game (and Xbox One, for that matter) are smaller than those on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
The Battlefield 2042 Open Beta goes on general release from October 8 on PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One. The main game comes out November 19.
