Battlefield 2042 Update 3 launched yesterday and offered a fix for a number of lingering issues with the shooter, but DICE has its hands full currently looking into a server issue that has since reared its head.
The problem has been reported by many users after installing the new update, and prevents the from loading into a server before being booted to the Main Menu.
We’re aware that many of you are receiving an error message while attempting to load into a Server, and then being returned to the Main Menu. Unable to Load Persistence Data is a connection issue on our side. We’re on it, for now you can hit Retry and attempt to join a server.
