BBC’s Watchdog To Investigate Missing PS5 Orders From Amazon UK

The disappearance of a number of PS5 orders from Amazon UK will be investigated by consumer issues show Watchdog, the BBC has announced.

Earlier this month, Amazon UK failed to deliver a number of PS5 orders to preorder customers at launch, despite the courier marketing it as delivered. Some customers receive erroneous goods including kitchen appliances and even cat food.

Watchdogs presenter Matt Allwright revealed that viewers should get in touch with the show if they had information on their missing orders, and later said the show had received an “amazing response.”

Amazon confirmed last week that it had cut ties with one courier who was caught making off with a customer’s PS5 that was purchased as a birthday gift for their son.
