It seems one of the game announcements set to take place at next week’s gamescom 2017 has been leaked. An ad fromGerman gaming mag GamesMarkt shows "Biomutant" from THQ Nordic (Darksiders), which isn’t even a game that’s officially known or announced.
What’s "Biomutant?" All we know so far is that it’s an open-world, action-RPG that stars a raccoon, and is coming "early 2018" to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. It’s in development by "Experiment 101" studios, which is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Check out a magazine scane of the ad abpe to see how freaky the protagonist is.
I know what you’re thinking! That looks like Rocket Rocket from Guardians of the Galaxy but only a lot angier and probably more badass. It’s definitely an interesting and unique premise. Let’s hope the actual gameplay lives up to it if and when it’s revealed soon.
