Black Ops was last year’s biggest entertainment property in U.K., sold more than Avatar

New figures released today reveal that Activison Blizzard’s Call of Duty: Black Ops was the biggest selling entertainment property in the U.K. in 2010.

Beating off some huge opposition from the likes of Avatar, Toy Story 3, and The Twilight Saga, Black Ops sold nearly 3.3 million copies in the United Kingdom. Other games featured in the top 20 include FIFA 11, Just Dance, and Red Dead Redemption.
