The presence of a Borderlands 2 bundle for the launch of the PlayStation Vita Slim was just announced yesterday, and Amazon has already made it available to preorder.
The news that the PS Vita Slim is making its way to the States is made all the more substantial now that Amazon has it ready for purchase. The official posting confirms the six downloadable content packs that will come with it, including:
-Captain Scarlett and her Pirate’s Booty
– Mr Tongue’s Campaign of Carnage
– Psycho Character Class
– Mechromancer Character Class
– Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 1
– Collector’s Edition Pack
The existence of the eight gigabyte memory card ices the technological cake nicely, since $200 for a PS Vita, a new retail game, and an eight-gig memory card totals out to be around $270, according to normal Amazon pricings.
The official trailer from the PlayStation Blog has slated the bundle’s release in the spring of this year, but Amazon has the official listing slated for May 31; since that date lasts on a Saturday, the likelihood of it being a leaked release date is slim to none, but placeholder dates tend to be farther away than the actual release date ends up being.
Now is the best time to jump into the portable side of PlayStation.
